The greatest value I bring is helping producers develop and disseminate their message to their prospects. Most companies make themselves the center of the client experience. We do the exact opposite. The financial professional has a unique advantage as the only one who can look the client in the eye and shake their hands. Personal relationships are at the heart of our program.
In addition to founding TEAM EFS with my wife Denise, I enjoy the study of Economics, miniature model building, and spending time with our two children.
Helping agents solve difficult client challenges is at the heart of my roll. Most IMO's are nothing more than application scrubbers and paper pushers. We want to help agents build strong cases, in good order, to bring to carriers and ensure quick and seamless approvals and commissions.
Outside of work you will often find me exploring the wonders of the White Mountains. I am an avid hiker, kayak-er, and animal enthusiast . You will often find me on the trail with one of our three dogs or two kids.
I believe it is my duty to provide a unique relationship-based service experience, while recommending the best carriers based on performance, service, and safety. I enjoy my role as consultant/partner. I help my producers build their business year after year, and have a proven track record in doing so. I connect very quickly to others, while staying strongly focused on communication with producers to help them achieve their personal goals within their yearly business plans.
In my free time my husband Don and I enjoy the company of our 4 children with their spouse's and our 3 grandsons with a new addition to be coming in 2020. Taking our camper to the many different states and enjoying the time away from our respective offices regenerates our outlook on our tasks ahead.
When I started in the industry, nearly 30 years ago, there was sales training and product training and both were lacking. Our approach to Adviser Development focuses on the individual, building a scale-able and repeatable business model. For less experienced professionals I help expand their knowledge base a teach them how to create strategic alliances within the industry. For long-time pros I teach how to leverage the assets already at their disposal. Goal setting and accountability are are daily activities, not just slogans.
My wife Karen is a professional travel agent, so if I'm not coaching baseball I am tagging along with Karen to see the world. With our two boys in college it is easier for us to get up and go.
There are many small details that can derail a case. My duty is to find and correct those before they make it to the carrier. Once your new business is in process, I will communicate with the underwriter, follow transfers, and do everything possible to ensure that your policy issues as quickly as possible.
I am a senior at Keene State College, majoring in Holocaust and Genocide Studies, and hope to work internationally to help reduce the amount of human suffering through public and private policy change.
I try to make everyone who calls EFS feel welcome and get them the answers the need. Whether the caller is one of our advisors or a client, our goal is to "WOW" them with every interaction.
I am majoring in Economics and Marketing at the Paul School of Business at The University of New Hampshire. I want to focus on Behavioral Economics and why people make the decisions they make.
